The Oaks was planned as an alternative to dairy farming by the Blaska Family Farms.  This unique venture was intended to broaden the economic portfolio of the Blaska Family without land sale or development.  The Oaks was designed for better golfers with high expectations. 

 

This project required numerous routing plans, extensive environmental review, lengthy permitting and time sensitive construction to complete the facility.  Membership is growing rapidly and play was substantially better than projected in the first year of operation. It is successful due to the focused marketing and family commitment to the facility.
